Thanks to a great effort by sippan at phpBB.com, we discovered and fixed many bugs. The lesson here for me is that two eyes are better than one. I have addressed issues with permissions and the migration files and made several overall changes to blocks display, etc. At sippan's request, I have added a count to the number of new posts and the user's posts to the Member menu block.
