phpBB SiteMaker 3.0.0-RC3

Hello folks,

I'm happy to announce the release of what I hope to be the final release candidate of sitemaker 3.0.0 for phpBB 3.2.

This release makes the following changes/fixes:
- Custom block: broken image and link paths due to tinymce autolink and bbcode magic urls auto converting image and link paths to links. Turned off bbcode magic urls to fix issue.
- Cannot edit/delete block management: Twig variable scope issue
- Responsive layout: We no longer have the floating sidebars for responsive layout. Converted to a more traditional responsive grid pattern

Note: This is for testing purposes only and should note be installed on a live site.
